Breading systems
The breading system type STP is suitable for even apply of regular breadcrumbs as well as – depending on equipment – for pre-dust or even coarse breadcrumbs like crunched cornflakes.
Options:
- Fried fish, fishcake, fish sticks, for breading or coating with pre-dust
 - Schnitzel, nuggets, mozzarella sticks in multiple shapes, multicoated for an excellent quality of breading
 - Direct transfer to the continuous frying system and the spiral freezer
 - Reservoir for automatic post-dosing of breadcrumbs
 - Industrial systems are available in 400, 600 and up to 1.000 mm belt width
 - Compact systems for industrial kitchen and butcheries with 250 mm belt width
